Adrian is a finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, investments and corporate governance. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Star Invest Imobiliare. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Bucharest Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2025 and Head of Investments at NN Pensii. Adrian graduated from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2009. He was appointed by the Board of Directors as an interim member until the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, expected to take place in the first half of 2027.
