Renewable electricity generation and supply

Since its inception in 2022, the Group’s renewables division has thrived, propelled by strategic acquisitions and forward-thinking developments. Each passing year has witnessed remarkable growth and achievement, underscoring the division’s resilience and commitment to excellence.

The Group is at the forefront of renewable energy aggregation services, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions that span approximately 685 MW of capacity. With approximately 685 MW of renewable electricity generation and 446 MWh storage capacity under ownership or in construction and ready-to-built development in Romania, Hungary and the Republic of Moldova, Premier Energy is actively contributing to the renewable energy sector’s expansion.

In Moldova, the Group leads as the largest renewable energy supplier and aggregator, with a significant 22% share of the installed renewables capacity. This highlights our commitment to driving renewable energy adoption and sustainability, catalyzing the region’s energy transition.

A wind plant project with a capacity of 99 MW, located in the Dobrogea region of Tulcea County on agricultural land, is currently in the development phase and is a ready-to-be-built project.

An operational wind plant with a capacity of 18 MW and an additional 8 MW in development, (subject to Competition Clearance approval), is situated in Vaslui County.

True Energy Management S.R.L. owns and operates the Company’s cogeneration balancing plant located in Făgăraș, Romania, with a current installed electricity generation capacity of 13.2 MW which is in the process of being increased to 19.9 MW through the purchase of 2 new engines which are currently in the testing phase.
